ANDRÉS CALDERÓN

CEO - EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Andrés is the CEO and founding partner of Dynamo. He is one of the company's leading producers and has worked on more than 61 projects throughout his career in the industry, including One Hundred Years of Solitude (Netflix), Narcos (Netflix), El robo del siglo (Netflix) and films such as Pimpinero (Prime Video), American Made, Gemini Man, Mile 22 and Monos.

As part of his role at Dynamo, he leads and oversees the entire company, including its operations in Colombia, Mexico, Spain, and the United States. Thanks to his work, Dynamo has positioned itself as a global player in the industry. Since 2014, Andres has been based in New York, where he has opened up the North American market while strengthening the company's artistic and commercial relationships between the United States, Europe, and Latin America.

 

ANGÉLICA GUERRA

CSO - EXECUTIVE PRODUCER - COUNTRY MANAGER COLOMBIA

Angélica Guerra is Dynamo's CSO (Chief Strategy Officer), Executive Producer and Country Manager Colombia. She also leads the Entertainment and Franchise units, driving the creative and strategic expansion of the company's portfolio. With over 25 years of experience in the audiovisual industry, she has held executive positions at Apple, Sony, Caracol Television, and Telemundo. She was head of Apple TV+ for Latin America and senior vice president of production for Latin America and U.S. Hispanic for Sony Pictures Television. She was recognized by The Hollywood Reporter, Multichannel News, and Forbes as one of the most influential women in global television.

JULIANA FLÓREZ

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER - COUNTRY MANAGER MEXICO

Juliana is a graduate of the Film and Television School of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. She is trained as a producer at the San Antonio de Los Baños School (Cuba) and holds a Master's degree in Global History from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona (Spain). She has worked at Dynamo since its inception in different production positions and currently holds the role of Executive Producer and Country Manager Mexico.

She has been a producer of series such as Frontera verde (2019) for Netflix and Dale gas (2022) for Netflix and Viacom, as well as executive producer of La cabeza de Joaquín Murrieta (2023) for Amazon, Mala fortuna (2023) for Amazon, and La banda for Vix. She was also the line producer of the films American Made (2018) and La cara oculta (2011), as well as the first season of Narcos (2015) for Netflix. She is currently producing seasons 1 and 2 of One Hundred Years of Solitude for Netflix.

MIRLANDA TORRES

CPO - EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Mirlanda is a graduate in Social Communication from UPB Medellín, with production studies from the School of San Antonio de los Baños (Cuba). She has more than 20 years of experience in the Colombian and international markets. She currently works as Dynamo's CPO and Executive Producer.

Mirlanda is the producer of the films Los reyes del mundo, directed by Laura Mora and winner of the Golden Shell at the San Sebastian Film Festival 2022, and Diógenes, by Leonardo Barbuy, as well as the series Mala fortuna, for Amazon, and Ruido capital, for Movistar. She is the Colombian co-producer of the feature film Manos sucias and the executive producer of the series Me late que sí.

Mirlanda has participated in more than 35 projects in different roles:

Feature films: Perro come perro perro (Unit Production Manager), Contracorriente (Delegated Producer), El cartel de los sapos (Production Manager), El callejón (Line Producer), Roa (Line Producer), Que viva la música (Line Producer), El elefante desaparecido (Delegated Producer), Alias María (Line Producer), Palmeras en la nieve (Dynamo's General Production Head), Loving Escobar (Dynamo's Colombian Line Producer) and Gemini Man (Dynamo's Colombian Line Producer).

Series: Karabudjan (Colombian Line Producer), Frontera verde (Line Producer), Maradona, sueño bendito (Accounting Supervisor), Dale gas (Production Supervisor), La banda (Production Supervisor), and Me late que sí (Executive Producer).

DIEGO RAMÍREZ SCHREMPP

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Diego studied Finance and International Relations at the Universidad Externado de Colombia and completed a postgraduate degree in International Economics at the University of Basel in Switzerland. Then, he worked at Accenture for seven years as a banking strategy consultant in the Bogota, Buenos Aires, and Madrid offices. Subsequently, he worked for three years at De La Rue in London as part of the executive business development team,  where he led projects for emerging markets.

Diego is the Executive Producer and founding partner of Dynamo, which he co-created in 2006. He leads the development and production of premium content for clients such as Netflix, Amazon, Apple, and ViX.

Diego has established himself as one of the most important producers in Colombia and Latin America. He was the Executive Producer of Falco, which won an International Emmy in 2019. In addition, he was co-creator and Showrunner of Green Frontier, one of Colombia's first original series for Netflix. He was also the Production Supervisor of Narcos, one of the most-watched series in the world. In 2023, The Head of Joaquin Murrieta premiered on Prime Video, a production in which he was also co-creator and Showrunner. Diego is also the Executive Producer of One Hundred Years of Solitude for Netflix, the largest production ever made in Latin America. Diego is currently working on new premium projects for Netflix, Amazon, Apple, and ViX, among others.
