Juan Carlos has a degree in International Business from the Universidad Intercontinental in Mexico City, a master's in Corporate Law from the Universidad Anáhuac, and a specialization in Entertainment Law from the Central Law School of México. He has work experience in both the public and private sectors. 

He worked for 5 years at ProMéxico, a dependency of the Ministry of Economy in Mexico, as part of the Business Intelligence Unit. In 2014 he started a project on his behalf that allowed him to create his brand, in addition to experimenting in the international market, opening in 2016 a company in Berlin - Germany, in charge of marketing Mexican spirits in the European Union. 

Since July 2019 he has served as Dynamo's Operations Manager, being the operational arm with the office in Bogota and participating in different human talent, administrative, legal, financial, tax, accounting and production functions, in addition to being an important part of the team that manages the relationship with suppliers/clients for the company and the audiovisual projects.

With more than 15 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, compliance, and process improvement, Lilian leads the operations area for Colombia and provides a strategic approach to the company's sustainability and growth.

Lilian is an accountant and assurance and internal control specialist from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She has worked in national and multinational companies in various sectors, where she has consolidated her expertise in designing and implementing solid, adaptable, and results-oriented control environments.

Vanessa is a Business Administrator and specialist in Human Talent Management and Organizational Development. With over 8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, she has managed various processes within this department. She joined Dynamo in 2022 as the Coordinator of Human Talent Services and currently leads the department. Her objective is to direct and supervise the talent management, culture, leadership, and continuous improvement processes, ensuring that the department's strategy is aligned with the company's strategic plan and facilitates the achievement of organizational objectives.

Federico is an industrial engineer from Universidad del Valle, with more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector, where he has held various positions in the agribusiness, energy, construction, and film sectors. Currently, he leads the financial planning, treasury, accounting, and tax processes at Dynamo, playing a key role in the financial and operational stability of the company. His mission is to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of accounting and financial information, both at the corporate level and in each of Dynamo's projects.

As Corporate Controller, Federico works closely with the Production area, ensuring an effective alignment between financial and operational processes.

With over a decade of experience working in accounting for companies in the construction, oil, services, and information technology sectors, Betty leads Dynamo's accounting area. A public accountant specialized in financial management, her experience has allowed her to master financial environments, optimize accounting processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

With more than 8 years of experience in the tax field, Erika leads Dynamo's tax management, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficiency in tax processes, and support for strategic decision making. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a specialist in Cultural Management from the International University of Catalonia, and holds a Master's Degree in Tax Administration and Management from the Externado University of Colombia.

At Dynamo, Erika is in charge of preparing and reviewing tax information, identifying non-deductible expenses and their impact on income tax, projecting the effective tax rate, and reporting key information to the Financial Management.

Ivonne is a professional film and television producer, graduated from the University Corporation Unitec, specialized in Television Making from the Javeriana University in Bogotá. With 10 years of experience in the audiovisual environment, developing different production charges in commercials, film festivals, videoclips, series, and films. She started her career in Canal Capital, then she started working as Production Assistant Jr. for commercials in Avenida Films. From 2012 to 2014, she was Production Assistant in Cartagena’s International Film Festival, FICCI. After that, she worked on projects in Dynamo and other production companies in which she was Transport Assistant for the series “Narcos” (2014-2017), in movies such as “The Belko Experiment'', “Gemini Man” and “Triple Frontier'' (2015 – 2018). Finally, she was Transport Coordinator in the movie “Mile 22”.

In 2018, she started her way as Production Coordinator, where she participated in series such as “Crime Diaries: Night Out” (2018), Wild District (2019), The Boy from Medellín (2019), and “Malayerba” (2020). She joined Dynamo in 2021 as Physical Production Coordinator to help, thanks to her experience, to improve and develop the production processes for our projects; in 2022 she took the position of Head of Physical Production, where she has accompanied Dynamo’s productions of the current year.  

Vanessa is a lawyer from Los Andes University with a Master's degree in Law from the same university, and an LL.M. degree with a specialization in Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law from Columbia University in New York. 

She began her career as an Associate at the law firm Brigard Urrutia, where she gained extensive experience advising both national and international clients on corporate, intellectual property, competition, and entertainment matters. 

Vanessa joined Dynamo as Legal Counsel / B.A. in the year 2022. Within the legal and B.A. team, she is responsible for conducting negotiations with streamers, talent, strategic partners, and suppliers involved in the audiovisual production chain in Colombia, Mexico, and Spain. She structures contracts aligned with this purpose and provides legal advice and support on internal corporate and administrative matters as needed. 

Mariana is a lawyer from Universidad del Rosario. She has experience at leading law firms in Colombia, where she developed her practice in commercial, financial and intellectual property law.

At Dynamo, she was responsible for Seasons 1 and 2 of One Hundred Years of Solitude, leading the project’s legal strategy and management, including the negotiation and structuring of key agreements, as well as their execution on set. As part of the Business & Legal Affairs team, she directly supports projects in legal and regulatory matters, including insurance, immigration and foreign trade matters, as well as audiovisual incentives.

She also manages relationships with public authorities and provides legal counsel to internal teams, contributing to the implementation of corporate policies, compliance processes and the management of the company’s intellectual property.
