Andrés is a graduate of the Universidad Javeriana in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Marketing from CESA and a GLOBAL MBA from the Egade Business School of the Tecnológico de Monterrey. 

He has 23 years of international experience in leadership, design, implementation, and execution of commercial, marketing, product, service, and business strategies focused on sustainable and profitable business growth. For three and a half years, he served as Vice President and Country Manager of FOX/Estudios Teleméxico in Mexico executing operational, sales, service, and product strategies and generating growth within the audiovisual and production services industry. In 2020, he joined Dynamo as CGO, seeking to guide the team towards achieving strategic objectives. 

Juan Camilo is a business administrator from Los Andes University (Colombia), specializing in corporate finance from CESA (Colombia), and has an MBA from IE Business School (Spain).

Juan has 20 years of international professional experience in Europe and Latin America, with the last 13 serving as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before Dynamo, he worked for 6 years in the pharmaceutical industry, leading the finance department in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Before that, he worked in the private equity industry in Colombia, Peru, and Spain, both in portfolio companies (as CFO) and from the fund itself, successfully executing significant investments and divestments during that experience.

Juan is passionate about finance, strategy, and leadership, always focusing on being a business partner to the organization and making finance simple, understandable, and approachable for different areas.

When he is not supporting the organization in achieving its goals, he enjoys preparing for marathons (his objective is to complete the Abbot World Marathon Majors) and spending time with his family, wife, and son.

Laura is a lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in multicultural environments and strategic sectors such as energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, finance, and insurance. She holds an MBA from IE Business School and an LL.M. in Law from Northwestern University. She has worked at firms such as Brigard Urrutia and Martínez Quintero, and in the corporate sector with Naturgy Energy Group in Spain.

Laura is responsible for leading the strategy, structure, and negotiation of projects, as well as providing legal and commercial support in different areas of the business.
