Gerardo graduated from Sabana University in Bogota with a bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Communication and Multimedia. He has been part of Dynamo since 2015, when he started as Production Coordinator, supporting international production services such as Narcos 1 (2015), Narcos 2 (2016), El Chapo (2017), and La balada de Hugo Sánchez (2018). He was unit manager on Triple Frontier (2018), and at the end of 2018, he transferred to Dynamo’s offices in Mexico to strengthen the Production team.

He has participated in both seasons of the Crime Diaries Franchise as Production Supervisor (2019, 2020). He recently produced the series Dale Gas for Netflix and Viacom (2021). He currently works as a Producer and is part of the production team of different premium projects for clients such as Netflix, Amazon, and Viacom that will be shot in Mexico. 

Mariana is a sociologist and began her professional career in the NGO field. In 2017, due to her passion for using the audiovisual medium as a catalyst for cultural change, she switched industries and began working at Dynamo, first in the Colombia office and then in the Mexico office, where she continues as a producer. Her projects include the films Los Fierros (2019) and Gemini Man (2019), and the series Frontera Verde (2019), S.O.Z. (2021), La cabeza de Joaquín Murrieta (2023) and One Hundred Years of Solitude (2024). Her goal as a producer is to find stories with social relevance and bring them to the screen.

Vivian is a film and television producer with experience in the audiovisual industry. She has served as Producer for the Encuentros Cartagena of the FICCI and also as General Producer of the Colombian Cinema Week of the Ministry of Culture and the Directorate of Cinematography. 

She has been part of the production team of several national and international projects for film and television such as Revelados (2008) broadcast for Channel 13 and El lado B de la historia (2008), broadcast for Señal Colombia. In 2015 she joined Dynamo where she has participated as Production Coordinator for Los fierros (2019), Executive Production Coordinator for HDUC: Colmenares (2019), and Production Coordinator Supervisor for El robo del siglo (2020). Currently, she is an Associate Producer for several projects in development.

Maria Fernanda graduated from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in 2015. She majored in TV, Radio, Film and completed two minors in Art History and Marketing. Before graduating she interned in Panama, New York, and LA. After graduation, Maria moved to NYC, where she started her career at Dynamo as an assistant to the CEO. Simultaneously, she worked on season 41 of Saturday Night Live as Script Coordinator. 

A year later, Maria transferred to Dynamo’s headquarters in Bogota, where she began working as production coordinator on projects such as Narcos Season 3 for Gaumont & Netflix, Mile 22 for STX Films, Gemini Man for Skydance & Paramount, and Triple Frontier for Netflix. In 2019 she was promoted to Head of Production Services, and from this role, she supervised projects such as Echo 3 for Apple TV+, Medellín for Prime Video, and Shadow Force for Lionsgate. 

Currently, she spearheads Dynamo’s production services department and is focused on bringing more foreign production to Colombia, Mexico, and Spain.
